牛蒡解肌汤合薏苡附子败酱散治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察牛蒡解肌汤合薏苡附子败酱散治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将47例脾胃湿热型痤疮患者随机分成治疗组(24例)和对照组(23例)。治疗组患者口服牛蒡解肌汤合薏苡附子败酱散,对照组患者口服蒲地蓝消炎片,疗程8周。每4周观察1次临床疗效,并按照痤疮综合分级系统(global acne grading system,GAGS)进行评分。结果治疗4周末和8周末,两组临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗4周末和8周末,两组GAGS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组GAGS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牛蒡解肌汤合薏苡附子败酱散治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮的疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Niubang Jieji Decoction combined with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder in the treatment of acne with spleen-stomach damp-heat.Methods A total of 47 patients with acne with spleen-stomach damp-heat were randomly divided into control group with 23 patients and treatment group with 24 patients.The patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Niubang Jieji Decoction combined with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder,and those in the control group were given oral administration of Pudilan Xiaoyan Tablet.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.Clinical outcome was evaluated every 4 weeks,and the global acne grading system(GAGS)score was determined for each patient.Results At the end of weeks 4 and 8 of treatment,there was a significant difference in clinical outcome between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a better clinical outcome than the control group.Both groups had a significant reduction in GAGS score after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a significantly lower GAGS score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Niubang Jieji Decoction combined with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acne with spleen-stomach damp-heat.
