摘 要:异步电机具有结构简单,制造、使用和维护方便,以及重量轻,成本低等优点,在各类电力拖动系统中广泛应用。与永磁电机相比,常规异步电机的效率较低,从而更加消耗能源。为提高电机的效率,提出基于遗传-模式搜索算法的异步电机多目标优化设计方案。对定子绕组采用低谐波绕组,再利用田口算法来合理选择电机优化参数,并以效率和功率因素作为优化目标,采用遗传-模式搜索算法对电机进行优化,最终得到优化后的电机参数。The asynchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacture,use and maintenance,light weight and low cost,and is widely used in various electric drive systems.Compared to permanent magnet motors,conventional asynchronous motors are less efficient and therefore more energy consuming.In order to improve the efficiency of the motor,this paper proposed a multi-objective optimization design scheme for asynchronous motor based on genetic-pattern search algorithm.Low-harmonic windings were applied to the stator windings,and the Taguchi algorithm was used to reasonably select the motor optimization parameters.The efficiency and power factors were used as optimization targets.The genetic-pattern search algorithm was used to optimize the motor,and finally the optimized motor parameters were obtained.
