摘 要:某低品位钼铅矿中钼铅矿物粒度较细且不均匀,部分细粒辉钼矿、方铅矿与脉石矿物之间呈包裹关系,难以分选。研究了浮选钼—重选铅—钼精矿浸出除铅流程。其中:浮选钼采用一次粗选—两次预精选—粗精矿再磨—四次精选流程,获得的钼精矿品位为53.68%,回收率为88.33%;钼精矿品质为特级。铅精矿品位为60.10%,回收率为36.58%;铅精矿品质为二级。分选效果较好。The molybdenum and lead mineral in the low-grade wulfenite are fine dissemination size and a part of fine molybdenite mineral is packed by galena and gangue.The ore is complex and refractory.The process of selective flotation molybdenum-recover lead by gravity separation-leaching molybdenum is studied.The molybdenite concentrate is recovered by one roughing,two scavenging,regrinding and screening.The molybdenum concentrate grade is 53.68%,recovery rate is 88.33%,the quality is super grade.The grade of lead concentrate is 60.10%,the recovery is 36.58%,and the quality is secondary.The beneficiation effect is good.
