摘　　要：医疗设备档案管理不仅与病人密切相关,而且对医院的发展、壮大影响重大。目前,医疗设备档案的管理在医院竞争中的作用也越来越明显,该研究通过分析医疗设备档案管理的现状与存在的问题,提出具体的管理措施。档案管理水平提高,有利于降低医患纠纷的发生率,提高医疗设备的运转率与医院的整体医疗水平,实现医院医疗设备经济效益和社会效益最大化。Medical equipment archives management not only closely relates to patients,but also has an important impact on the development and expansion of hospitals.At present,medical equipment archives management plays a more and more significant role in hospital competition.So,this study analyzes the current situation of medical equipment archives management and the existing problems,and puts forward specific management measures.The improvement of the level of archives management will help reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes,improve the operation rate of medical equipment and the overall medical level of the hospital,and maximize the economic and social benefits of hospital medical equipments.
