摘　　要：Gabazine是哺乳动物GABAA受体的一种竞争性拮抗剂,是研究GABA受体和中枢神经系统的一种重要有机小分子。自其被发现以来,围绕Gabazine衍生物的研究一直持续不断。对近30年来Gabazine及其衍生物在医药和农药等相关领域的最新研究和应用进展进行了综述。Gabazine is a competitive antagonist of mammalian GABAA receptor,and is an important organic small molecule in the research of GABA receptors and the central nervous system.Since its discovery,the research of Gabazine derivatives has been continuously carried on.In this paper,we review the latest research and application of Gabazine and its derivatives in medicine,pesticide,and other related fields in the past three decades.
