摘 要:为解决RS232外壳结构设计不合理的问题,对基于非线性力学的RS232串口外壳结构拓扑进行优化分析。根据接口外壳本身结构的组合关系,构建非均匀密度函数的六参数伊万模型,采用拓扑优化数学模型对各向同性材料进行删除判据,通过对非线性有限元分析,得出一种渐进的结构优化方法。结果表明:该方法实现了材料的合理分配,达到材料性能最优化使用的目的。In order to solve the unreasonable RS232 shell structure design, the topology of RS232 serial port shell structure based on nonlinear mechanics is optimized and analyzed. According to the combination relation of the interface shell structure, the six-parameter Iwan model of the non-uniform density function is constructed. At the same time, the mathematical model of topological optimization is used to delete and judge isotropic materials and a progressive structural optimization method is obtained by nonlinear finite eleme nt analysis. The results show that the method can realize the reasonable distribution of materials and optimize the use of materials.
