摘  要:电磁成形是一种高能率状态的非接触材料成形技术,该技术因在轻质合金加工领域有着显著的特点和优势而得到了广泛的研究。提出了一种通过有限元分析计算多物理场耦合模拟工件形变从而修正系统参数的电路优化方法,探究了不同续流回路电阻取值对线圈电流波形的影响规律,通过计算线圈电流产生的焦耳热,找到了一个在文中实验条件下较合适的续流回路电阻值取值范围,其为0.4-0.55Ω,此时对应的焦耳热为1.30 kJ。在选取有差异的续流支路电阻值的情形下阐明了差别条件时相对应的半径方向电磁力与工件形变,发现其差异为5%,证明在联结续流回路且改变续流回路电阻取值以减少产生的焦耳热的条件下,管件仍可得到理想的成形效果。Electromagnetic forming is a high energy rate and non-contact forming technology,which has been widely studied due to its obvious characteristics and advantages in the field of lightweight and light alloy processing.This paper proposes a circuit optimization method that calculates the multi-physics cou-pling to simulate the deformation of the workpiece by finite element analysis to correct system parameters,and explores the influence of different crowbar circuit resistor values on the coil current waveform.By calculating the Joule heat generated by the coil current,we found a more suitable crowbar circuit resistor value range under the experimental conditions in this paper,which is 0.4-0.55Ω,at this time the corre-sponding Joule heat is 1.30 kJ.The radial electromagnetic force and the deformation of the tube corre-sponding to different crowbar circuit resistor values are analysed,and the difference is 5%,which proves that in the circumstance of connecting the crowbar circuit and changing the value of the crowbar circuit resistor to reduce the Joule heat,the tube can still get the ideal deformation.
