摘  要:针对电机保护器对电动机的正常运行监测中存在不及时情况,设计了一种基于Zigbee无线网络协议的电机保护器无线监控系统。系统包括电机保护器的软硬件设计、ZigBee模块的硬件设计及上位机控制系统设计;ZigBee无线模块分为协调器(CM)和节点(RM)两种模块,协调器通过RS-232接口与微机相连接,节电与电机保护器直接连接。该模块具有体积小、功耗低、抗干扰、保密性强等特点,可根据节点位置自动改变网络拓扑结构。实现了用ZigBee无线通信网络代替现有有线通信网络的目的。A wireless monitoring system for motor protector based on Zigbee wireless network protocol is designed to solve the problem that motor protector is not timely in monitoring the normal operation of motor.The system includes the hardware and software design of motor protector,the hardware design of ZigBee module and the control system design of upper computer.The ZigBee wireless module is divided into two modules;coordinator(CM)and node(RM).The coordinator is connected to the computer through RS-232 interface,and the power-saving module is directly connected to the motor protector.The module has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption,anti-interference and strong confidentiality.It can automatically change the network topology according to the location of nodes.The purpose of replacing existi ng wired communication network with ZigBee wireless communication network is realized.
