摘  要:汽车前围板是汽车零部件中形状复杂及成型质量要求高的冲压零件,为提高其成型质量,对其拉延成型的工艺参数进行研究.从冲压材料的选取入手,对零件工艺、成型参数等进行设计和计算,运用AUTOFORM软件模拟其拉延成型过程,通过观察成型极限图、成型极限云图和减薄率云图等分析得到拉延成型模拟结果.基于模拟结果,采用灰色关联分析方法对压边力、凹模圆角、拉延筋系数进行参数组合优化分析,得到了最佳组合参数,为汽车前围板前部的拉延成型提供了参考,极大缩短研发周期,对新型汽车的设计具有非常重要的意义.The auto front panel is a stamping part with complex shape and high molding quality in auto parts.In order to improve its molding quality,it is necessary to research the process parameters.From the selection of stamping material,the part process,molding parameter and so on were designed and calculated.The drawing molding simulation results were observed and analyzed by forming limit diagram,forming limit cloud chart and thinning rate cloud chart.The combined optimum parameters of blank holder force,drawing edge radius and drawbead coefficient were obtained by the method of grey relational analysis.This can provide a reference for the drawing molding of the auto front panel and greatly shorten the development cycle.It is of great significance for the new car design.
