摘  要:随着中性点非有效接地的配电网中,馈出线分支增多和电力电缆的广泛使用,系统中产生的容性无功对电网的安全经济运行具有很大的威胁性,因此对配电网电容电流的大小进行补偿极为重要。在小电流接地系统中测量对地电容电流难度很大,因此,通过与传统测量方法进行对比,比较出有源测量的方法实时测量电容电流具有优势。消弧线圈采用双绕组变压器原理,利用有源逆变技术对变压器二次侧的电流大小精准调节,达到了一次侧电感大小可以线性调整的目的,以便于对消弧线圈自动跟踪调谐。当配电系统单相接地故障产生时,为了使得接地点残余电流达到最小,采用消弧线圈自动跟踪调谐的方法,达到了动态补偿的效果。最后,使用Matlab/Simulink软件建立数学模型加以仿真,结果表明所提方案方法的可行性和灵活性。With the increase of feed-line branches and the widespread use of power cables in distribution networks with non-effective grounding of neutral points,t he capacitive reactive power generated in the system is very threatening to the safe and economic operation of the power network,so it is extremely important to compensate the capacitance current of the distribution network.It is very difficult to measure the capacitance current in low current grounding system.Therefore,the advantages of measuring capacitance current in real time are compared by comparing the traditional measurement methods.The arc suppression coil adopts the principle of double winding transformer and the active inverter technology is used to adjust the current of the secondary side of the transformer precisely,so that the inductance of the primary side can be adjusted linearly,and the arc suppression coil can be automatically tracked and tuned.In order to minimize the residual current at the grounding point,automatic tracking and tuning of arc suppression coil is used to realize the dynamic compensation when the single-phase grounding fault occurs in the distribution network.Finally,Matlab/Simulink software was used for modeling and simulation,and the results showed the feasibility and flexibility of the proposed method.
