摘  要:粮食在储存之前,需要在烘干塔中利用热风降低粮食的含水量,使其控制在特定范围之内。为了检测烘干中粮食的温度及含水量,设计了以STC89C52芯片为核心的温度-含水量检测系统,DHT21数字传感器采集湿度信号,DS18B20数字传感器采集温度信号,由显示器LCD1602显示温度值和含水量值。当温度或含水量超过设定的安全范围时,系统由蜂鸣器发出报警信号,启动风扇工作进行降温。用Proteus仿真软件对系统进行了仿真,并验证了测量系统的正确性。Before the grain is stored,it is necessary to use hot air in the drying tower to reduce the water content in the grain to keep it within a certain range.In order to detect the temperature and water content of the grain during drying,a temperature-water content detection system with STC89C52 chip as the core was designed.The humidity signal is collected by the DHT21 digital sensor collets,The temperature signal is collected by the DS18B20 digital sensor,and the temperature value and water content is displayed by the display LCD 1602.value.When the temperature or water content exceeds the set safe range,the system will send an alarm signal from the buzzer to start the fan work to cool down.The system was simulated with Proteus simulation software and the correctness of the measurement system was verified.
