摘  要:二催化装置尤其是再生器系统的压力控制是复杂和非常重要的过程,影响装置的安全稳定运行,传统的仪表和控制系统稳定性差,维护工作繁琐,无法实现集中显示管理,不能满足化工装置安全生产需要。运用DCS系统实现对化工生产过程的监控,是提高化工生产安全性和稳定性的重要途径。结合锦州石化公司催化装置控制系统的升级改造实践,介绍了横河CS-3000控制系统在二催化装置中的配置,以及再生器压力控制方案的实施与系统组态过程。结果表明,应用CS-3000控制系统,提高了产品的质量和产量,保障了装置的安全运行,取得了良好的经济效益。The pressure control of the two catalytic devices,especially the regenerator system,is a complex and very important process,affecting the safe and stable operation of the device.The stability of the traditional instrument and control system is poor,the maintenance work is cumbersome,the centralized display management cannot be realized,and the large-scale chemical industry cannot be satisfied the need for safe production.The use of DCS system to monitor the chemical production process is an important way to improve the safety and stability of chemical production.Based on the upgrade and transformation practice of the catalytic device control system of Jinzhou petrochemical company,the configuration of the Yokogawa CS-3000 control system and its two catalytic devices is introduced,as well as the implementation of the regenerator pressure control scheme and the system configuration process.The results show that the application of CS-3000 control system improves the quality and output of the product,and it ensures the safe operation of the device and achieves good economic benefits.
