摘 要:建筑信息模型(BIM)技术虽已被建筑业广泛接受,但基于BIM设计平台的现有工程设计方法变化不大,基本是原有工程设计方法的延续,导致基于BIM平台的工程设计普遍存在效率低、正向设计难等问题。分析了BIM平台下现有暖通空调系统工程设计方法存在的问题,提出了工程结构体集成化设计方法及暖通空调系统工程结构体创建方法。针对某工程制冷机房,分析了工程结构体集成化设计方法的工效,结果表明,使用该方法可大幅提高设计效率。Although the BIM technology has been widely accepted by the construction industry,the existing engineering design method based on BIM design platform has not changed much,which is basically the continuation of the original engineering design method,leading to the problems of low efficiency and difficulty in forward design in the engineering design based on BIM platform.Analyses the existing problems in the engineering design method of HVAC system based on BIM platform,and puts forward an integrated design method of engineering structure and a creation method of HVAC system engineering structure.Aiming at a refrigeration machine room,analyses the work efficiency of the integrated design method of engineering structure,and the results show that the design efficiency can be greatly improved.
