摘 要:目的探讨覆膜镍钛合金支架管(LF-NTST)对一期修复结直肠穿孔的效果。方法采用西藏小型猪建立结直肠穿孔动物模型,设传统手术组及LF-NTST组,于术后第7、14、21天检测爆破压(BP),以及愈合部位组织中羟脯氨酸含量(HC)、微血管密度(MVD),评价穿孔愈合情况。结果手术后第7、14天,LF-NTST组BP、HC与传统手术组比较均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后第21天差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后第7天,LF-NTST组MVD明显高于传统手术组;手术后第21天,LF-NTST组胶原纤维较传统手术组多。结论LF-NTST在动物实验中能体现出微创美观、安全有效地一期修复左半结直肠穿孔的效果。Objective To inverstigate the effect of laminated film nickel-titanium alloy stent tube(LF-NTST)for the surgery repair of colorectal perforation in stageⅠ.Methods The animal model of colon perforation was established in Tibetan miniature pig.Experiments were divided into the conventional surgery group and the LF-NTST group.On the 7th,14th,21th day after surgery,the blasting pressure(BP),hydroxyproline content(HC)and microvascular density(MCV)of healing tissues were detected for the evaluation of perforation healing.Results On the 7th,14th day after surgery,the levels of BP and HC in the LF-NTST group significantly increased,which were significantly different from the conventional surgery group(P<0.05),while there were no significant difference on 21th day after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,MCV in the LF-NTST group was significantly higher than that in the conventional surgery group.On the 21st day after surgery,there were more collagen fibers in the LF-NTST group than the conventional surgery group.Conclusion LF-NTST can effectively and safely repair colorectal perforation in stageⅠin animal experiment.
