肉桂油口服液抗沙门菌感染的保护作用分析

摘　　要：以鼠伤寒沙门菌SL1344为研究对象,建立小鼠感染沙门菌动物模型,口服给予肉桂油口服液进行治疗,治疗剂量为100mg/kg,给药时间为8h/次。结果显示,肉桂油口服液(100mg/kg)逆转感染小鼠体质量下降,缓解感染小鼠盲肠病理性损伤,降低感染小鼠盲肠的炎性反应。结果表明,肉桂油口服液(100mg/kg)对沙门菌感染小鼠具有显著的保护作用,是一种潜在的抗沙门菌感染先导复合物。Establishment of an animal model of Salmonellainfection in mice by orogastric infection of BALB/c mice using a ball-tipped feeding needle,and then the infected mice were administered 100mg/kg Cinnamon oil oral liquid and then 8-hintervals.Treatment with Cinnamon oil oral liquid(100mg/kg)recovery the occurrence of the weitght loss throught the experiment,reduced tissue damage in cecum and the production of cytokines induced by Salmonella.Cinnamon oil oral liquid(100mg/kg)can protects mice infection by Salmonella.These result suggest that Cinnamon oil oral liquid is a potential agent for Salmonellainfection.
