摘  要:选用50只健康家兔随机分为空白对照组、模型组、党参组、米党参组、蜜党参组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,其余各组家兔采用喂饲厚朴三物汤煎剂加饥饱失常建立家兔脾虚证模型,造模成功后,模型组家兔不予治疗,党参组、米党参组、蜜党参组分别给予党参、米党参、蜜党参煎液治疗,连续治疗5d,采用ELISA法测定各组家兔血清中Gas、MTL、IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ和cAMP、cGMP的含量。结果显示,与空白组相比,模型组家兔血清中Gas显著降低(P<0.05);IL-2、IFN-γ水平极显著或显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),IL-4水平极显著升高(P<0.01);cAMP含量及cAMP/cGMP的比值极显著降低(P<0.01),cGMP水平极显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,米党参组家兔血清中Gas含量极显著升高(P<0.01),党参组、米党参组、蜜党参组家兔血清中MTL含量极显著升高(P<0.01);蜜党参组家兔血清中IL-2水平极显著升高(P<0.01),IL-4水平显著降低(P<0.05),党参组、米党参组、蜜党参组家兔血清中IFN-γ水平极显著升高(P<0.01);党参组家兔血清cAMP水平显著升高(P<0.05),cAMP/cGMP比值极显著升高(P<0.01);米党参组和蜜党参组家兔血清cAMP水平、cAMP/cGMP比值极显著升高(P<0.01),党参组、米党参组、蜜党参组家兔血清中cGMP水平均极显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明,脾虚证家兔机体出现了胃肠激素紊乱和免疫功能降低,表现为血清中Gas、IL-2、IFN-γ、cAMP含量降低,而IL-4、cGMP含量升高。米党参、蜜党参能提高脾虚家兔胃肠动力,增强脾虚家兔机体免疫功能,纠正环核苷酸系统代谢失调来治疗脾虚证。50 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Radix Codonopsis group,Rice processed Radix Codonopsis group and the Honey Codonopsis pilosula group,with 10 rats in each group.In addition to the blank control group,the other groups of rats were fed with HoupuSanwu Decoction plus hunger and stagnation to establish a model of spleen deficiency syndrome in rabbits.After successful modeling,the rats in the model group were not treated.Radix Codonopsis group,Rice processed Codonopsis radix group and the Honey Codonopsis pilosula group were treated with decoction of Dangshen,Midangshen and Midangshen respectively.The contents of Gas,MTL,IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ,cAMP and cGMP in the serum of rabbits in each group were determined by ELISA.The results showed that compared with the blank group,the serum Gas of the rabbits in the model group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the level of IL-2 and IFN-γ were significantly decreased(P<0.01or P<0.05),the level of IL-4was significantly increased(P<0.01);the level of cAMP and cAMP/cGMP were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the level of cGMP was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the serum content of Gas in the rabbits of Rice processed Codonopsis radix group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the serum content of MTL in Radix Codonopsis group,Rice processed Codonopsis radix group and the Honey Codonopsis pilosula group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).The serum IL-2 level in the Honey Codonopsis pilosula group was significantly increased(P<0.01),IL-4 level was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the serum levels of IFN-γ in the Radix Codonopsis group,Rice processed Codonopsis radixgroup and the Honey Codonopsis pilosula group were significantly increased(P<0.01).The ratio of cAMP level and cAMP/cGMP in the serum of Radix Codonopsis,Rice processed Codonopsis radixgroup and the Honey Codonopsis pilosula group were significantly increased(P<0.01),cGMP level was extremely significant decreased(P<0.01).The results
