摘 要:高速公路建设空间跨度大,占用土地尤其是耕地面积多,开展高速公路建设占用耕作层土壤剥离,并结合高速公路沿线退化土地修复,对抢救性保护耕地耕作层土壤资源,建设绿色交通具有重要意义。本文依托广西柳南高速公路改扩建工程十一标,探讨了高速公路建设占用耕作层土壤剥离与石漠化治理利用结合的模式,提出了多目标融合、资源综合利用、多主题衔接协同的可推广可复制的经验。研究可为推进广西乃至全国高速公路建设与退化土地治理结合提供范例和经验。The expressway construction space is large,which occupies many land especially the cultivated land.For the land that occupied due to expressway construction,it is of vital significant to carry out the cultivated layer soil stripping and to combine with the degraded land restoration so as to construct the green transportation system.Based on the practice of the No.11plot of Liuzhou-Naning Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,in this paper the mode of the combination of tillage layer soil striping and rocky desertification control is discussed,the experience of multi-objective integration,comprehensive utilization of resources as well as integration and coordination of multi-themes are put forward,which can be popularized and replicated.The study can provide examples and experience for promoting the combination of highway construction and degraded land management in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and even in the whole country.
