摘 要:为明确压裂液防膨剂对致密砂岩油藏不同尺度孔喉的防膨效果,从微观孔隙结构出发,以鄂尔多斯盆地天然岩心为研究对象,利用核磁共振技术,结合岩心驱替流动实验,定量评价防膨剂质量分数对不同尺度孔喉防膨效果的影响。结果表明:防膨剂质量分数为0.5%时,压裂液防膨剂的防膨效果达到最好,防膨剂在较大孔喉内的防膨效果优于较小孔喉,防膨作用尺度为0.75~537.23 ms,对0.01~0.75 ms尺度下的孔喉空间防膨作用微弱;压裂液防膨剂的质量分数与孔隙度伤害率、渗透率伤害率具有一定的负相关性,与防膨剂的作用范围无明显相关性,压裂液防膨剂的防膨效果与孔喉孔径具有相关性,在较大孔径中的防膨效果较好。研究成果可为压裂液防膨剂在致密砂岩储层中的应用提供理论支撑。For the purpose of clarifying the anti-swelling effect of fracturing-fluid anti-swelling agent on the pore throats of tight sandstone oil reservoirs,from the aspect of the micro-porosity structure,taking the natural core of Ordos Basin as the study object,with the help of nuclear magnetic resonance technique,combined with the core displacing experiment,the quantitative evaluation of the effect of the mass fraction of the anti-swelling agent on various-scale pore throat was conducted.The results show when the mass fraction of the anti-swelling agent is 0.5%,the anti-swelling effect of the fracturing-fluid anti-swelling agent is the best,the anti-swelling effect of the larger pore throat is better than that of the smaller one,the anti-swelling scales are from 0.75 ms to 537.23 ms,and the anti-swelling effect for the pore throat space at 0.01-0.75 ms is weakened;there exit a certain negative correlation between the mass fraction of the fracturing-fluid anti-swelling agent and the poroperm damage rates,while there is no obvious relationship with the affecting scope of the anti-swelling agent,and moreover there exit correlations with the anti-swelling effect of the fracturing-fluid anti-swelling agent and the pore-throat diameter,the anti-swelling effect in the larger pore diameter is much better.The study results can provide the theoretical support for the application of the fracturing-fluid anti-swelling agent in the tight sandstone reservoir.
