摘 要:针对化学剂成本过高、原料稀缺等问题,利用鼠李糖脂生物表面活性剂部分替代烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂,2种表面活性剂按1∶1质量比合成复配表面活性剂,与强碱NaOH、相对分子质量2500万的聚合物组成复配三元体系,并对其体系的性能进行系统评价。结果表明,复配三元体系具有较好的界面张力性能、乳化性能、抗吸附性能,室内驱油实验能提高采收率25.8百分点,明显优于单独烷基苯磺酸盐三元体系;开展的复配现场试验取得了较好的阶段开发效果,基于室内良好的性能评价结果,进一步跟踪考查复配体系现场应用效果,开展的现场试验取得了较好的提高采收率效果,同时,复配三元体系减少了主表面活性剂用量50%,大大降低了化学剂成本,经济效果显著。In the light of the problems of the high cost of the chemical agents and scarcity of the raw materials,the rhamnolipid biosurfactant was used to partly replace alkyl-benzene-sulfonate surfactant.The two surfactants were synthesized by 1∶1 mass ratio,and moreover the compound ternary system was composed of strong-alkali NaOH and polymer with relative molecular mass of 25 million,the performances of the composite ternary system were systematically evaluated.The results show that the composite ternary system is characterized by much better interfacial tension,emulsification and adsorbability-resistant performances,the oil recovery can be enhanced by 25.8 percentage points in the laboratory flooding experiment,the effect is obviously higher than that of the single alkyl-benzene-sulfonate ternary system;based on the good performance evaluation results in the laboratory,the field application effects of the compound system were further tracked and checked,and the operated field test has achieved better recovery effect.The operated field test of the compound ternary system also achieved much better staged development effects.At the same time,the system makes the usage of the main surfactant reduced by 50%,the cost of the chemical agent has been greatly reduced,so the economic effect is pretty obvious.
