摘  要:研究了包钢Ф430mm Q345B圆坯矫直温度与表面裂纹关联性,发现铸坯矫直温度偏低是导致铸坯表面裂纹比率较高的主要原因。通过在钢中添加微量稀土元素提高了Q345B的高温热塑性,大幅改善了Ф430mm断面铸坯出现表面裂纹的倾向,产品性能得到一定程度提升。Through the study of the correlation between the straightening temperature and surface crack of phi430 mm round billet Q345B casting billet,it is concluded that,low temperature is the main reason for the high surface crack ratio.Rare earth was added in the Q345B steel,and the thermoplasticity of the tested steel is improved at high temperature.The tendency of the surface crack of the cast billet with a 430 mm section is greatly reduced.And the properties of the product are improved to a certain extent.
