摘 要:为了提高非水溶性引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)与卤胺水相乳液的存放稳定性,从而提高接枝率,以苯甲酸乙酯(EB)作为有机相,通过有机相溶液与3-丙烯基-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲(ADMH)混合制备乳化整理液,并优化乳化工艺。采用优化的ADMH乳液整理涤/锦复合超细纤维清洁布,用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪对整理前后织物进行表征;测试整理织物氯化处理后布上活性氯含量及其抗菌性。结果表明:在乳化剂质量分数4%、HLB=11、乳化转速3 000 r/min、乳化时间3.5 min条件下制备的乳液可稳定存放30 d;抗菌单体ADMH成功接枝到纤维上,接枝率为0.643%;经氯化处理后布上活性氯质量分数为340 mg/kg,对金黄葡萄球菌的抗菌率为97%。(BPO)and aqueous halogen amine,and further to improve the grafting rate,the emulsion finishing solution is pre-pared by mixing organic phase solution of ethyl acrylate with 3-propyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin(ADMH),and the emul-sification process is optimized.The optimized ADMH emulsion is used to finish the polyester/nylon composite microfi-ber cleaning cloth.The fabric is characterized by scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer.The activechlorine content and antibacterial property of the fabric treated by chlorination treatment are tested.The resultsshow that when the emulsifier 4%,HLB=11,emulsification speed 3000 r/min,and emulsifying time 3.5 min,theprepared emulsion can be stably stored for 30 d.The antibacterial monomer of ADMH is successfully grafted onto thefiber with the grafting rate of 0.643%.After chlorination,the content of active chlorine is 340 mg/kg,and the antibac-terial rate to Staphylococcus aureus is 97%.
