板栗壳染料在柞蚕丝上的染色性及功能性

摘　　要：以板栗壳提取染料原液对柞蚕丝织物进行染色,研究了染色温度、染色pH值、媒染剂及媒染方法对织物染色性能的影响,测试了染色试样的抗菌性能及抗氧化性能。结果表明,板栗壳上染柞蚕丝,适宜的直接染色条件为:pH=4.5,100℃染色60 min,染色浴比1∶40。媒染试样中以硫酸亚铁、硫酸铁及氯化亚锡后媒染色的试样K/S值较高,所有染色试样的耐皂洗及耐摩擦色牢度都达到3级以上。染色柞蚕丝试样具有一定的抗菌活性及抗氧化性能。The tussah silk fabric is dyed w ith chestnut shell extracts.The effects of dyeing tem perature,pH value of dye bath,mordants and mordanting method on dyeing properties are studied.The antibacterial properties and antioxidant activity of the dyeings are tested.The results show that the optimized parameters for direct dyeing process are:pH=4.5,dyeing at 100℃for 60 min,dyeing liquor ratio of 1∶40.The dyeings w ith post-mordanting process w ith ferrous sulfate,ferric sulfate and tin chloride have a high K/S value.The soap fastness and rubbing fastness of all dyed samples are above Grade 3.The tussah silk samples dyed w ith chestnut shell extract exhibit antibacterial activities and antioxidant activity.
