摘　　要：2019年12月以来,我国发生新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)流行,目前国务院已将其列入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病,并采取甲类传染病的预防和控制措施进行管理。随着疫情的发展,越来越多的儿童病例被报道。目前普遍认为该病在各个年龄组均可发病,3岁以下儿童少见,但也有仅出生17 d的新生儿发病的报道。结合临床一线诊治经验和已报告儿童确诊病例的特点,本文提出COVID-19流行期间儿童分级防控建议,供儿科临床和普通民众参考。Since December 2019,the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)associated infection/pneumonia has emerged in Wuhan,Hubei in China.The State Council has classified it into category-B infectious diseases in the list of the People′s Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and has regarded it as category-A infectious diseases in terms of the prevention and control measures on January 20 th,2020.With the progress of the outbreak,more cases of the novel coronavirus infection/pneumonia in children have been reported.Until now,it has been generally believed that the disease can occur in people at all different ages.Infections under 3 years old are rare,but a case of 17-day-old neonate has been reported.Based on the frontier clinical experience and the characteristics of the reported cases in children,this article summarizes the strategies for graded prevention and control for children with novel coronavirus infection/pneumonia,so as to provide reference for pediatric clinic and general public.
