摘 要:针对传统SPWM技术的直流电压利用率低以及输出电压谐波畸变率高等问题,本文在建立单相逆变器数学模型的基础上详细阐述了单相的电压空间矢量脉宽调制技术(SVPWM)波形的原理及算法和产生方式;通过S函数取代繁琐开关式建模方法,在Matlab/Simulink中建立仿真模型并方便快捷地实现了SVPWM调制技术,对比分析了其与传统调制技术分别作用下逆变器的输出,结果显示SVPWM技术输出电压波形谐波畸变率最低,仅为0.73%,验证了该算法在单相逆变器输出波形控制上的良好效果。Aiming at the problems of low DC voltage utilization and high output voltage harmonic distortion rate of traditional SPWM technology,this paper elaborates the single-phase voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)waveform based on the mathematical model of single-phase inverter. The principle, algorithm and production method;replace the cumbersome switch-type modeling method by S function,establish the simulation model in matlab/simulink and realize the SVPWM modulation technology conveniently and quickly,and compare and analyze the inverter and the traditional modulation technology respectively. The output of the device shows that the harmonic distortion rate of the output voltage waveform of SVPWM technology is the lowest,only 0.73%,which verifies the good effect of the algorithm on the output waveform control of single-phase inverter.
