摘　　要：目的对佛山禅西片区院外急救患者疾病谱及流行病学趋势进行调查。方法对佛山市第一人民医院禅城医院2014-2018年共8327例院外急救患者进行回顾性分析。结果院外急救患者人次呈递减趋势,性别比、年龄分布、月份分布、就诊时段分布无明显变化。疾病谱中创伤患者排首位,呈递减趋势,心脑血管疾病患者排第二位,呈上升趋势。创伤患者中车祸患者比例呈下降趋势,非车祸患者比例呈上升趋势。院外死亡患者中猝死、创伤患者一直排第一、二位,心脑血管疾病死亡患者由第四位上升到第三位。结论以社区服务中心为基地,通过多种形式健康教育促进民众关注健康,重视心脑血管病的提前诊治。多部门有效防范车祸伤的同时,重视防范非车祸伤的发生。加强医护人员创伤及心脑血管疾病急危症的救治能力的培训与提高。Objective To investigate the disease spectrum and epidemiological trend of pre-hospitalfirst aid patients in Chanxi district of Foshan.Methods 8327 cases of pre-hospital first aid patients in Chancheng Hospital of Foshan First People's Hospital from 2014 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The number of pre-hospital first aid patients showed a decreasing trend,and the gender ratio,age distribution,month distribution and time distribution were not significantly changed.Traumatic patients ranked first in the disease spectrum,indicating a decreasing trend,while cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ranked second,indicating an increasing trend.The proportion of traffic ac cident patients among trauma patients had a downward trend and the proportion of non-traffic accident patients had an upward trend.Sudden death and trauma had been ranked first and second among the patients who died out of hospital,and the death of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases rose from the forth to the third.Conclusion The disease spectrum and epidemiological trend of of pre-hospital first aid patients in Chanxi district of Foshan were similar to those of other people's studies and have their own unique characteristics.Therefore,according to the survey results,based on community sendee centers,various forms of health education could promote people to pay attention to health as well as early diagnose and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.While many departments effec tively prevented traffic accident injuries,they also attached importance to preventing non-traffic accident injuries.Strengthened the training and improvement of medical staff's ability to treat trauma and acute cardiovascular and cere brovascular diseases.
