摘　　要：目的分析视频回顾对严重多发伤患者规范化接诊与院内救治流程改进效果。方法选入惠州市第一人民医院于2017年1月-2018年12月期间,出车接诊120例多发伤患者数据,即损伤严重评分(ISS分数)多25分的患者,对就诊时间,将前60例患者予以基础方式急救,而后通过视频录像对关键操作指标的时间进行记录,设定为对照组,将后60例患者设定为研究组,抢救后通过视频录像予以回顾,总结同时学习急救流程,强调时间点的有效掌控,提升创伤患者急救时效的观念。对比两组视频回顾的9个时间关键点,同时对视频回顾学习法前后的指标时间进行分析。结果两组除多功能监护时间对比无差异性(P>0.05),其余指标对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组急诊救治用时、抢救成功率、患者转运缺陷、抢救物品单元缺失率优于对照组。结论将视频回顾方法应用于诊疗中,有利于创伤急救时效性的提高。Objective To analyze the effect of video review on standardized consultation and hospital treatment of pa tients with severe multiple injuries.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,120 patients with multiple inju ries,that is,patients with severe injury score(ISS score)≥25,were enrolled in our hospital.The first 60 patients were given basic first aid.Then the time of the key operating indexes was recorded by video recording,which was set as the control group,and the latter 60 patients were set as the study group.After rescue,the video was reviewed,the first aid process was summarized,and the time point was emphasized.The effective control of trauma patients to improve the concept of first aid limitation.Compare the 9 key points of two groups of video review,and analyze the index time before and after the video review learning method.Results:There was no difference(P>0.05)between the two groups except the multi-function monitoring time(P<0.05).In the research group,the success rate of rescue,the defect of the patient trans fer and the deletion rate of the rescue item unit were better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of video review method in diagnosis and treatment is beneficial to the improvement of the timeliness of first aid nursing of trauma.
