摘 要:为研究不同地理环境水榆花楸种源间差异,测量水榆花楸主要分布区叶片形态性状,计算种源间及种源内各性状的变异系数(CV)和种源间各叶片性状的表型分化系数(Vst),并对各性状进行相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析.结果表明:水榆花楸种源间叶片性状变异系数为14.66%~33.69%,表型分化系数变幅为12.09%~23.25%;主成分分析共提取到两个主成分,贡献率分别为36.62%和26.85%;聚类分析将不同种源水榆花楸分为两大类,但聚类结果与地理分布无明显关系.研究证实了水榆花楸具有丰富的遗传变异,且表型性状变异主要存在于种源内.In order to observe the difference between provenances of different geographical environments in Sorbus alnifolia,leaf traits of populations resources of Sorbus alnifolia in the major distribution regions were analyzed. Coefficient of variation(CV) and phenotypic differentiation coefficient(Vst) of all leaf traits among provenances were studied and analyzed on correlation,and principal component of all traits were carried out.Results showed that variance coefficient of leaf traits ranged from 14. 66% to 33. 69% while the phenotypic differentiation coefficient ranged from 12. 09% to 23. 25%. The contribution rate of the first and the second principal components for phenotypic trait variation of Sorbus alnifolia is 36.62% and 26.85%.According to cluster analysis result,the geographical provenances of Sorbus alnifolia can be divided into two groups,but there is no obvious relationship between cluster analysis results and geographical distribution of provenance. It is suggested that there are rich genetic variations in Sorbus alnifolia,and their phenotypic trait variation exists mostly within populations.
