摘 要:通过木芙蓉(Hibiscus mutabilis)1 a生幼苗淹水模拟试验,研究在淹水胁迫下木芙蓉幼苗形态及光合生理指标变化情况.结果表明:在淹水胁迫下,木芙蓉的苗高与CK组相比没有较大差别,但地径在淹水的第2周期后明显比CK组增粗很多;净光合速率受气孔影响,呈现出先快速下降随后有所上升的趋势;SOD、POD、MDA总体呈现先上升后下降再上升的趋势,在淹水处理第2周期末达到最大值.所有指标均表明,木芙蓉对淹水胁迫有良好的适应性.Morphological,photosynthetic and physiological indicators of 1-year-old seedlings of Hibiscus mutabilis were studied in the simulated flooding experiment.The results showed that the height of H.mutabilis seedlings did not have much difference with that of CK under flooding stress,but its ground diameter increased significantly after the second period of flooding compared with CK.The net photosynthetic rate was affected by stomatal factors and showed a rapid decline first and then an upward trend;SOD,POD and MDA rose at first,then declined,and rose up again,and reached climax at the end of the second period of flooding stress.All the indexes indicated that H.mutabilis had good adaptability to flooding stress.
