摘  要:目的:探讨铁氰化锰纳米对比剂对大鼠肝脏的MRI T1WI增强扫描效果。方法:通过透射电子显微镜、X线衍射分析仪对铁氰化锰纳米对比剂结构、粒径分布进行观察。取健康雄性SD大鼠6只,分别于注入对比剂前后不同时间点对大鼠肝脏行MRI T_1WI序列扫描,绘制肝脏SNR-时间动态变化曲线。采用单因素方差分析比较增强扫描前后各时间点肝脏SNR差异。结果:铁氰化锰纳米粒子粒径1~5 nm,分散均匀。注射对比剂后5 min,大鼠肝脏明显强化,20 min达到峰值,4 h开始明显下降。注射对比剂后5 min^6 h各时间点肝脏SNR与平扫相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);10 h^7 d各时间点肝脏SNR与平扫相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);24 h后肝脏信号强度恢复至平扫水平。结论:铁氰化锰纳米对比剂对大鼠肝脏具有明显的强化效果,且持续时间较长,具有作为肝脏MRI对比剂的潜能。Objective:To investigate the enhancement effect of manganese ferricyanide nanoparticles on T1WI of rat liver MRI.Methods:The structure and particle size distribution of manganese ferricyanide nano-contrast agent were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Six healthy male SD rats were scanned by magnetic resonance T1WI sequence at different time points before and after injection of contrast medium.SNR-time dynamic curve were drawn.SI,SNR of liver were compared between enhancement at each time point and unenhanced respectively using one-way analysis of variance.Results:The size of manganese ferricyanide nanoparticles was about 1~5 nm,and the dispersion was uniform.The liver of rat was significantly enhanced at 5 min after injecting manganese hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles contrast agent,and enhancement of liver reached the peak at 20 min,then it began to decrease obviously at 4 h.Comparing SNR of liver at each time point of 5 min^6 h after injection with SNR of liver unenhanced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences(P>0.05)of SNR of liver between 10 h^7 d each time point and unenhanced.The signal intensity of liver recovered to unenhanced level after 24 h.Conclusions:Manganese hexacyanoferrate nano particle contrast agents have significantly enhanced effect in the liver,having longer duration,which has potential as a contrast agent for liver magnetic resonance imaging.
