修缮购置专项实施管理与成效分析——以中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所为例

摘　　要：文章总结了中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所承担的中央级科学事业单位修缮购置专项项目情况及其实施管理情况,分析了研究所在严格落实政策、加强制度建设、落实法人责任制、完善管理体系及严格过程管理、注重质量管理等方面采取的管理措施。从科研基础设施条件改善、科研仪器设备购置、仪器共享平台建设、科研项目立项、科研队伍建设及研究生培养等角度,全面分析总结了修购专项取得的成效。The article summarized the situation,implementation and management of the special projects for the repair and purchase of central-level scientific institutions undertaken by the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and analyzed the management measures adopted by the Institute in strictly implementing policies,strengthening system construction,implementing legal person responsibility system,improving management system,strict process management,and paying attention to quality management.Meanwhile,the paper comprehensively analyzed and summarized the achievements of the repair and purchase special projects from the perspectives of scientific research infrastructure improvement,scientific research equipment purchase,instrument sharing platform construction,scientific research project establishment,scientific research team construction,and postgraduate training.
