摘　　要：文章阐述了博士后人才管理的现状与特点,分析了农业科研单位博士后管理工作存在的不足,并从健全博士后管理制度,完善考核体系,加强博士后引进与培养,多渠道争取资金资助与支持,提升博士后团队建设等方面论述了推进博士后管理的对策和建议。Article expounds the status and characteristics of postdoctoral talent management,analyzes the agricultural scientific research units of the defects in the postdoctoral administration,and from the sound system of postdoctoral management,perfecting examination system and strengthening the introduction and training of postdoctoral,multi-channel funding and support,improving post-doctoral team-building aspects discusses the advance postdoctoral management countermeasures and suggestions.
