摘  要:微波消融治疗技术具有微创、痛苦小、操作简便、可反复施行、疗效确切等优点,为肿瘤治疗提供了一种新途径,成为当前研究热点,在理论研究、实验研究和临床应用方面得到了广泛的关注。本文就首先阐述了微波消融机理,讨论微波消融的温度场、微波参数影响及消融天线设计等关键技术的研究进展,对微波消融在肺癌、肝癌、肾癌、子宫肌瘤、甲状腺癌等方面的临床应用研究现状进行了综述,最后讨论了微波消融技术面临的主要问题及发展方向。With advantages on minimally invasive,less painful,simple operation,repetitive implementation,and accurate curative effect,Microwave ablation provides a new approach for local treatment of tumors,and has become a research hotspot for scholars at home and abroad.There has been widespread attention by theoretical,experimental and clinical researches.This review firstly explains the mechanism of microwave ablation.Then,research progress of microwave ablation temperature fields,effects of microwave parameter,and antennas design have been discussed.The current status of clinical application of microwave ablation in lung cancer,liver cancer,kidney cancer,uterine fibroids,and thyroid cancer is reviewed.And finally,we discuss the problems and give the suggestions for future development of microwave ablation technology.
