摘  要:针对石英挠性加速度计模拟伺服方案存在精度损失问题。采用全数字闭环的检测方法,提出一种以传递函数校正的控制方案,通过引入积分环节和补偿校正装置消除系统的一阶静态误差,以获得足够的相位裕度。同时对校正装置进行离散化处理,建立了离散域数字闭环系统模型。基于此模型进行仿真与研究,校正后系统超调量在19%,-3dB带宽在1417Hz左右。离散域与连续域阶跃曲线特性基本相同,仿真结果与理论基本一致。验证了数字闭环系统校正方法的正确性和可行性。There is a problem of accuracy loss for the analog servo solution of quartz flexible accelerometer.A fully digital closed-loop detection method is adopted,and a control scheme corrected by the transfer function is proposed.The first-order static error of the system is eliminated through the integration link and the compensation correction device,and a sufficient phase margin is obtained.At the same time,the correction device is discretized,and a digital closed-loop system model in the discrete domain is established.Based on this model for simulation and research,the overshoot of the system after correction is 19%,and the-3dB bandwidth is about 1417Hz.The discrete and continuous domain step curve characteristics are basically the same,and the simulation results are basically consistent with the theory.The correction effect is relatively stable in the actual meter header,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the digital closed-loop system correction method.
