摘　　要：十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略后,全域旅游作为精准扶贫的重要组成部分在发展乡村经济中起到了越来越大的作用。分析乡村振兴战略背景下辽宁全域旅游反贫困成绩,把全域旅游放在反贫困的重要位置,以此为脱贫、反贫困的重要因子,用全域旅游振兴辽宁经济,将全域旅游的成果反哺于乡村振兴,使辽宁走出一条适合自己的乡村经济发展之路,实现辽宁省脱贫攻坚的目标。After the Nineteenth National Congress report put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,global tourism,as an important part of precise poverty alleviation,has played an increasingly important role in the development of rural economy.Analyze the achievements of Liaoning’s global tourism anti-poverty under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy.At the same time,under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,put global tourism in an important position of anti-poverty as an important factor in poverty alleviation.We should use global tourism to revitalize Liaoning’s economy as an important factor of poverty alleviation and anti-poverty.We should also feedback the achievements of global tourism to the rural revitalization,so that Liaoning can get out of a suitable situation,make Liaoning have a suitable way of rural economic development,and achieve the goal of eliminating poverty and fighting hard.
