摘　　要：目前多数刮板输送机的中部槽是由铸造挡板槽帮、铸造铲板槽帮与中底板焊接而成.文章设计一种新型的中部槽结构,由板件代替铸件组焊而成,并应用ANSYS软件对其进行强度校核.板件组焊式中部槽的设计可以最大程度的减少铸件的使用,缩短生产周期、降低成本,实现绿色生产.The middle trough of most scraper conveyors is welded by the cast baffle groove,the cast shovel groove and the middle plate.In this paper,a new middle trough was designed,which was composed of plates instead of castings,and the strength was checked by ANSYS software.The plate welding middle trough could minimize the use of castings,shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and achieve green production.
