摘  要:高压水射流割缝是一项能够有效提高煤层透气性的卸压增透技术,卸压增透效果与高压水射流割缝参数密切相关.为了研究适合长平矿的高压水射流割缝参数,本文设计并施工了水射流割缝压力、割缝间距、割缝时间的试验钻孔,通过现场试验数据分析,研究了割缝压力、时间、间距与割缝效率以及瓦斯抽采效果之间的关系.研究结果表明:适合于长平矿的割缝压力为70 MPa^80 MPa较为合理,割缝时间4 min左右,割缝间距为1 m^1.5 m为宜.High pressure water jet slotting is a pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology which can effectively improve the permeability of coal seams.The effect of pressure relief and permeability enhancement is closely related to the parameters of high pressure water jet slotting.In order to investigate the parameters for Changping Mine,experimental boreholes for water jet slotting pressure,slotting spacing,and slotting time were designed and constructed in this paper.On the analysis of field test data,the connections among the slotting pressure,time,spacing,efficiency,and gas drainage effect were studied.The results show that,in Changping Mine,it is reasonable that the slotting pressure ranges from 70 to 80 MPa,the slotting time is about 4 min,and the slotting spacing ranges from 1 to 1.5 m.
