摘　　要：徐州医保监管队伍建设经历了"一体执法"时期、授权委托时期、专职机构时期等几个阶段.到目前,徐州市医保部门充分发挥"互联网+"优势,六大管理系统覆盖全市定点医药机构,医保基金监管效能大幅提升,被国家医保局确定为"国家医保智能监控示范点",成为全国公认的医保治理现代化范例城市.特别是最新成立的全国地级市首家医疗保障基金监督检查所,通过制度化管理和对事权的明确划分,使协议、行政、司法等手段得到综合运用,徐州的医保监管队伍建设实现了新突破.The personnel construction of medical insurance supervision has experience several stages in Xuzhou.Up to now,Xuzhou medical insurance department has fully played the Internet Plus advantage.The six management systems have covered the designated medical institutions in the city,and the efficiency of the medical insurance fund supervision has been greatly improved.Xuzhou has been identified as the"National Medical Insurance Intelligent Monitoring Demonstration Site"by the National Healthcare Security Bureau,and has become a nationally recognized model city of healthcare security governance modernization.In particular,the newly established fi rst Medical Insurance Fund Supervision&Inspection Institute in prefecture level cities in China,through institutionalized management and clear division of powers,has made comprehensive use of agreements,administration,justice and other means,and achieved a new breakthrough in the personnel construction of medical insurance supervision in Xuzhou.
