摘 要:目的:为进一步完善我国药品价格改革政策提供参考.方法:对某市公立医院药品目录组成、价格来源、价格变化及药品供应链条上的各方需求进行分析.结果:该目录中,来源省级中标药品占比为48.01%,直接挂网药品为29.15%,低价药为17.86%,其他为4.98%;其中药品价格来源于政策性调整的占76.8%;调价记录中93.9%为政策性下调,上涨记录占6.1%.结论:该市自2015年药品价格改革以来,药品价格总体平稳,少数药品价格波动较大.建议:在医保管理模式下,可积极发挥支付方优势,以人民健康有保障、筹资水平可支付、医药行业可发展的思路,引导我国药品价格市场化进程更加规范有序进行.Objective:To provide reference for further improving the medicine price reform policy in China.Methods:To analyze the composition of drug catalogue,price source,price change and the needs of all parties in the drug supply chain of a public hospitals.Results:In the drug catalogue,48.01%of the drugs were from the provincial level,29.15%of the drugs were directly linked to the Internet,17.86%of the low-cost drugs,and 4.98%of the other drugs.76.8%of the drugs were from the policy adjustment.93.9%of the price adjustment records were from the policy adjustment,and 6.1%of the increase records.Conclusion:Since the medicine price reform in 2015,the drug price in this city has been generally stable,and a few drug prices fl uctuate greatly.Suggestion:Under the healthcare security management mode,we can give full play to the advantages of payers,guide the process of drug price marketization in China to be more standardized and orderly with the idea that people's health can be guaranteed,the level of fi nancing can be paid,and the pharmaceutical industry can be developed.
