摘 要:建立了基于出库流量和耗水率的水电站水库模型,并考虑了来水衰减因子和来水时延因子的梯级水电站来水关联关系,以提升水电站时序模拟精度。为最大程度消纳水风光等清洁电力,通过考虑水风光出力特性、负荷特性、机组调峰能力以及电网网络传输等约束,建立了清洁能源时序生产模拟模型。建立的模型为混合整数模型,通过分支定界法进行求解。以实际电网参数构建的仿真系统为例,对水风光消纳过程进行定量化分析。计算结果验证了清洁能源时序生产模型以及水库建模的合理性和有效性,对我国清洁能源实际运行和消纳具有积极意义。Firstly,the reservoir models based on the outflow and water consumption rate are established respectively.Secondly,considering inflow attenuation factor and time-delay factor,the inflow relationship of cascade hydropower stations is presented to improve the simulation accuracy.Thirdly,considering the hydro-wind-solar output characteristics,load characteristics,traditional unit regulation and transmission constraints,a clean energy sequential production simulation model is proposed to maximize the integration of hydro-windsolar energy.The model established is a mixed integer model,which is solved by branch and bound method.Finally,the analysis method is verified by the simulation based on the actual power system parameters.The simulation has proved the effectiveness of the models,which has important guiding significance for the actual operation and consumption of clean energy in China.
