摘　　要：张聿青乃清代名医,少承家学,方宗仲景,而斟酌刘李朱薛诸家之说,圆机活法。其治疗疾病时,善用丸剂,独具特色。兹从脏腑失调,以平为期施补泻;升降失常,旋转中土调气机;切忌蛮补,动静相召纠偏颇;丸愈多病,择时服药汤参天地;药重炮制,多法泛丸汤送服5个方面介绍张聿青运用丸方经验,详细阐述张氏丸剂运用过程的理法方药的思考过程,以求传承张氏临证所用丸方经验。ZHANG Yuqing was a famous doctor in the Qing dynasty.He inherited less from his family,and considered the opinions of LIU LI and ZHU XUE.When its cure disease,make good use of pill,have distinguishing feature alone.From Zang-Fu disorders,in order to smooth a period of tonic diarrhea;Lift is abnormal,rotating the air conditioner;By all means do not fill,the movement phase call correction quite;Pill more disease,choose when to take medicine soup towering ground;This paper introduces ZHANGYu qing’s experience in using pill prescription from five aspects of drug reprocessing and multi-method pan-pill soup delivery,and elaborates on the thought process of ZHANG’s pill prescription application process,so as to inherit ZHANG’s experience in using pill prescription in clinical practice.
