外剥内扎硬注术后口服加减三仁汤对混合痔术后恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:观察外剥内扎硬注术后口服加减三仁汤对混合痔患者恢复情况的影响。方法:收集2018年1月至2019年1月西南医科大学附属医院收治的混合痔患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60,在外剥内扎硬注术后常规治疗上口服加减三仁汤治疗)和常规组(n=60,接受外剥内扎硬注术后常规治疗),治疗后,比较其治疗效果、主要症状积分变化情况,选择疼痛缓解时间、肛缘水肿缓解时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及治疗前后的每次排便时间衡量其恢复速度,选择0-4级评分法评估其肛门功能。结果:治疗后,研究组95.00%(57/60)的治疗总有效率高于常规组的83.33%(50/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组主要症状(大便困难、肛门肿胀、神疲乏力、舌苔黄腻)积分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后的上述主要症状积分较低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组(3.43±0.65)天的疼痛缓解时间、(3.83±0.62)天的肛缘肿胀缓解时间、(2.33±0.42)天的出血停止时间、(14.22±3.22)天的创面愈合时间以及(13.25±2.34)分钟的治疗后每次排便时间均低于常规组对应时间,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肛门功能评估各部分(感觉功能、控便功能、闭合功能)得分均较治疗前降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后的上述肛门功能各部分得分均低于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减三仁汤可有效缓解混合痔症状,促进外剥内扎硬注术后恢复,有助于改善肛门功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of Modified Sanren Decoction oral medication for the recovery of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external excision and internal ligation.Methods:A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected as the study subjects and were divided into study group(n=60,given oral Modified Sanren Decoction based on routine treatment after external excision and internal ligation) and conventional group(n=60,given routine treatment after external excision and internal ligation) according to the random number table method.After treatment,the treatment effects and changes of main symptoms scores were compared,and the pain relief time,anal margin edema relief time,wound healing time and hospital stay and each defecation time before and after treatment were selected toevaluate the recovery rate,and the anal function was evaluated by 0~4 grade scoring method.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group [95.00%(57/60) vs(83.33%(50/60)](P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms(stooldifficulty,anal swelling,fatigue,yellowish fur) in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of the above main symptoms after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P < 0.05).The pain relief time,anal margin edema relief time,bleeding stopping time,wound healing time and each defecation time after treatment were(3.43±0.65)d,(3.83±0.62)d,(2.33±0.42)d,(14.22±3.22) d and(13.25±2.34) min in the study group,which were lower than those in the conventional group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal function evaluation(sensory function,bowel control function and closure function) in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of the above anal function after treatment in the st
