百合地黄汤合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗心房颤动伴女性更年期综合征的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百合地黄汤合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗心房颤动伴女性更年期综合征的疗效。方法:将中国中医科学院广安门医院南区心血管科门诊60例患者按简单随机的方法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,均常规服用西药控制心房颤动,治疗组给予百合地黄汤合甘麦大枣汤加减颗粒剂,对照组给予谷维素片,治疗周期为4周。使用改良后的Kupperman评分标准评价治疗女性更年期综合征效果以及对中医证候的改善情况。结果:两组治疗前后Kupperman评分均有所下降,其中治疗组较对照组下降更加明显(P<0.05),治疗组在改善洪热汗出、头晕、头痛、急躁易怒、心悸、食少纳呆等中医证候方面有明显效果,在胸闷气短、失眠、多梦、恶心欲吐方面有所改善;在改善手足肢冷方面无明显疗效。结论:百合地黄汤合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗心房颤动伴女性更年期综合征具有良好效果。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Modified Baihe Dihuang Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction therapy on atrial fibrillation with female climacteric syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients admitted to the cardiovascular clinic of Southern Branch of Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group with 30 cases in each according to simple random method.Each group was treated with regular western medicine to control atrial fibrillation.The treatment group was treated with Fuxin Decoction Granules.The controlled group was treated with Oryzanol.The treatment cycles of the two groups were four weeks.Results:Kupperman scores were decreased in the two groups before and after treatment.The decline rate of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group had obvious effect in improving the TCM syndromes such as suddenly sweating,dizziness,headache,irritability,palpitation,food deficiency and dementia.It improved on chest tightness,shortness of breath,insomnia,dreaminess,nausea and vomiting and it had no obvious effect in improving hand foot and limb cold.Conclusion:Modified Baihedihuang Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with female climacteric syndrome has a good effect.
