电针围刺配合偏振光治疗网球肘39例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针围刺配合偏振光疼痛治疗仪治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:将78例网球肘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组39例。对照组采用依托芬那酯凝胶外涂治疗;治疗组在外涂依托芬那酯凝胶基础上电针围刺配合偏振光治疗,10次1疗程,1疗程后评定疗效,观察两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以评价患者疼痛程度与治愈情况。结果:对照组有效率为84.61%,治疗组有效率为92.30%。治疗组VAS评分、治愈时间与对照组比较明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:电针围刺配合偏振光治疗网球肘能明显缓解网球肘疼痛,治愈率高,疗效可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of applying electro-acupuncture combined with polarized light pain therapy apparatus in the treatment of tennis elbow.Methods:78 cases of tennis elbow patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,39 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with Etofenamate Gel.On the basis of external application of Etofenamate Gel,the treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with polarized light,after one course of treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.Visual analogue score(VAS) of pain before and after treatment was observed in both groups to evaluate the degree of pain and cure of patients.Results:The effective rate in the control group was 84.61% and was 92.30% in the treatment group.VAS score and the cure time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with polarization light has been used in the treatment of tennis elbow can significantly alleviate the pain of tennis elbow,the curative effect is reliable.
