摘 要:对双效[mmim]DMP/CH3OH压缩-吸收式制冷系统(CDAR)进行了动态建模和仿真模拟.基于质量守恒和能量守恒建立了集总参数的CDAR系统动态特性数学模型.根据设计工况确定了系统各部件的总传热系数.数值研究并理论分析了部件温度、制冷剂浓度、质量流量、热流量、性能系数(COP)与可用能效率(ηex)随压缩机压比阶跃变化的瞬态响应.在文献实验工况条件下,仿真研究了CDAR系统的动态特性,并与文献实验结果进行对比.结果表明:该模型能够较好的描述CDAR系统的动态特性,可以满足系统优化和实时控制设计的应用需求.The dynamic modeling and simulation of the compressor-assisted double-effect parallel absorption refrigeration(CDAR)system with[mmim]DMP/CH 3OH as working fluid were dynamic modeled and numerical simulated.Based on the mass conservation and energy conservation of components,the dynamic mathematic model of CDAR system was built up by using the lumped parameter method.The total thermal conductance of each component is determined and fixed for dynamic simulation based on the design condition.The transient responses of temperature,refrigerant concentration,mass flow,heat flow,coefficient of performance(COP)and exergyefficiency(ηex)of the CDAR system were numerically simulated and analyzed in detail by using the step change of the compressor ratio.On the experimental condition reported in literature,the dynamic characteristic of CDAR system was also simulated and compared with the experimental results in literature.It suggests that the model can effectively describe the transient characteristics of the CDAR system and satisfy the application requirements of system optimization and real-time control design.
