摘 要:针对全息存储器构造二维码过程中,受散斑噪声的影响使得二维码模糊导致其无法扫描的问题,提出了一种基于堆叠式自编码器的全息图恢复算法,以达到对产品包装上的受损QR码进行恢复重建的目的。堆叠式自编码器(Stacked Autoencoder,SAE)是一种深度学习模型。利用堆叠式自编码器模型可复现输入信号的原理,可将受损像素数值点映射到原始未受损数据的高概率数值点上,用高阶特征提取后的隐藏层对输入信号进行抽象表示,再对退化像素值点进行修复重构,实现受损QR码的恢复重建。训练后的模型可以对不同程度模糊受损的QR码进行完整的恢复重建,经过实验验证修复重构QR码全息图与原始QR码全息图之间的SSIM值可达到0.98,该模型具有较强的鲁棒性。本文提出的针对受损QR码全息图恢复重建的模型具有稳定性、泛化性、抗打击能力强等特点,可以应用于产品包装上受损QR码的恢复重建,提高了信息检索的效率。In view of the problem that the two-dimensional code of the holographic memory cannot be scanned due to the blurring of the two-dimensional code caused by speckle noise during the construction of the two-dimensional code,this paper proposes a hologram restoration algorithm based on the stack autoencoder,in order to achieve the purpose of the restoration and reconstruction of the damaged QR code on the product package. Stack Autoencoder(SAE)is a deep learning model. Based on the principle of stack autoencoder model to reproduce the input signal,the damaged pixel value points are mapped to the high-probability value points of the original undamaged data,the input signal is abstractively represented by the hidden layer after the extraction of higher-order features,and then the degraded pixel value points are repaired and reconstructed to realize the recovery and reconstruction of the damaged QR code. After training,the model can completely restore and reconstruct the QR codes with different degrees of fuzzy damage. The SSIM value between the restored and reconstructed QR code hologram and the original QR code hologram can reach 0.98 after experimental verification. The model has strong robustness. The model proposed in this paper for the restoration and reconstruction of damaged QR code holograms has the characteristics of stability,generalization and strong anti-strike ability,which can be applied to the restoration and reconstruction of damaged QR code on product packaging,thus improving the efficiency of information retrieval.
