摘　　要：设计了一种基于HC-SR501和DS18B20的人体感应温控直流电机的控制器。控制器选用微控制器(STC89C51)作为人体感应温控直流电机控制器的主控芯片,利用数字式温度传感器(DS18B20)作为环境温度采集单元,利用HC-SR501热释电模块作为人体感应模块,利用独立按键设置温度的上限阈值和下限阈值。根据传感器(DS18B20)检测到的环境温度与控制器设定的温度的比较、人体感应模块是否检测到人体发射的红外线2种信号,通过微控制器(STC89C51)I/O口输出脉冲信号控制直流电机的自动启停,并依据传感器(DS18B20)检测到的环境温度变化自适应改变直流电机的转速,同时采用八段LED数码管实时显示环境温度和直流电机转速。该直流电机控制器操作简便、性能可靠,可用于人体感应温控风扇等实际应用领域。A controller based on HC-SR501 and DS18 B20 for human body induction temperature control DC motor is designed. The controller selects the microcontroller(STC89 C51)as the main control chip of the human body induction temperature control DC motor controller,and uses the digital temperature sensor(DS18 B20)as the ambient temperature acquisition unit,and uses the HC-SR501 pyroelectric module as the human body sensing module. Use the buttons to set the upper and lower thresholds for temperature. According to the comparison between the ambient temperature detected by the sensor(DS18 B20)and the temperature set by the controller,and whether the human body sensing module detects the infrared emission emitted by the human body,the output signal is controlled by the I/O port of the microcontroller(STC89 C51). The DC motor automatically starts and stops,and adaptively changes the speed of the DC motor according to the ambient temperature change detected by the sensor(DS18 B20). At the same time,the eight-segment LED digital tube displays the ambient temperature and the DC motor speed in real time. The DC motor controller is easy to operate and reliable,and can be used in practical applications such as human body induction temperature control fans.
