摘  要:针对目前市场上阻抗测量仪价格高昂、电路复杂的缺点,该研究采用单片机编程和AD8302幅相检测芯片,设计并实现了一种信号源灵活可调的阻抗测量系统。通过测试,误差在4%以内。该阻抗测量仪对元器件要求精度低,成本低廉,适用于对阻抗测量精度不太高的实际应用场合。aiming at the disadvantages of high price and complex circuit of impedance measuring instrument in the market at present,this research adopts single-chip microcomputer programming and AD8302 amplitude phase detection chip,and designs and realizes a kind of impedance measuring system with flexible adjustable signal source. By the test,the error is within 4%.The impedance measuring instrument requires low precision and low cost. It is used in practical applications where the accuracy of impedance measurement is not too high.
