摘  要:本文通过实验对比对朝鲜无烟煤的燃烧特性进行了研究,实验中对朝鲜煤、阳泉煤和安顺煤分别进行了热失重实验、沉降炉燃烧实验、扫描电镜分析和比表面积测试。实验结果表明,对比阳泉煤和安顺煤,朝鲜煤的着火温度和燃尽温度都较高。三种煤中,朝鲜煤的燃尽情况最好,主要原因是朝鲜煤的微观孔隙率和比表面积大于另外两种煤,而O daf的多少也与煤质的燃尽特性有一定的关系;提高温度或增加空气量均能提高三种煤的燃尽率。三种煤中,朝鲜煤的NOx的排放量最低;增加空气量将显著增加阳泉煤和安顺煤的NOx排放量,而对朝鲜煤则影响不大;三种煤的SO 2生成量与煤质中的S元素含量呈明显的正相关性,且受过量空气系数影响较小。In this paper,combustion characteristics of north Korean anthracite are studied by experimental comparison.Thermogravimetic analysis,combustion test in settling furnace,scanning electron microscopy analysis and specific surface area testing are carried out for north Korean coal,Yangquan coal and Anshun coal in the experiment.The test results show that the ignition and burnout temperature of Korean coal are higher than those of Yangquan coal and Anshun coal.Among the three kinds of coal,the burnout of Korean coal is the best,the main reason is that the micro-porosity and specific surface area of Korean coal are larger than the former,and the amount of O daf is also related to the burnout characteristics of coal.Increasing temperature or air volume can increase the burnout rate of three kinds of coal.Among the three kinds of coal,the NOx production of Korean coal is the lowest.Increasing air volume will significantly increase the NOx production of Yangquan coal and Anshun coal,but has little effect on Korean coal.The amount of SO 2 produced by the three coals is positively correlated with the content of S element in coal quality,and is less affected by excess air coefficient.
