摘  要:超超临界机组低速碾瓦易发生在转子材料为12Cr或FB2且轴颈堆焊1CrMo钢的对应轴承上,而采用同样轴承结构,转子采用30Cr1Mo1V材料且轴颈没有堆焊的超临界和亚临界机组没有发生类似的低速碾瓦,可见发生碾瓦的机组与未发生碾瓦的机组主要区别是转子轴颈材料不同。本文为研究低速碾瓦与轴颈的堆焊性能的关系,特针对一实验转子轴颈采用与产品转子相同的堆焊工艺进行堆焊,然后进行低速碾瓦实验。通过对实验结果的分析,确认了低速碾瓦发生的可能原因并给出了相应处理及预防措施。Low-speed Burning-off occurs easily in the ultra supercritical units which have 1CrMo steel welded on the shaft collar surface while the main material of the rotor is 12Cr or FB2,but in the supercritical and subcritical units that the rotor material is 30Cr1Mo1V without welding material on shaft collar surface,there s no low-speed Burning-off when using the same bearing structure as the ultra supercritical units.So it shows that the only difference between low-speed Burning-off units and non-Low-speed Burning-off unit is the material of the rotor.For a experimental rotor whose shaft collar adopts the same surface welding technology,we performed a low-speed burning-off test so as to find the relationship between low-speed burning-off and the performance of the welded shaft collar.According to the analysis of the experiment results,the possible reasons leading to low speed burning-off are clarified,treatments and prevention measures are proposed.
