摘　　要：近年来,全国日益增长的生鲜货物需求为广西铁路冷链物流提供了市场发展环境,同时也提出了更高的要求。在阐述国内外冷链物流、广西冷链物流以及广西铁路冷链物流发展现状的基础上,运用SWOT分析法,从内部、外部优势与劣势,机会和威胁角度分析广西铁路冷链物流状况,提出广西铁路冷链物流发展对策,即:加快铁路冷链物流设施设备建设,创新铁路冷链物流产品运输模式,搭建铁路冷链物流智慧平台,实现铁路冷链物流资源整合,建设铁路冷链物流人才队伍。In recent years,the increasing demand for fresh goods across China has created a promising market with high expectations on the Guangxi railway cold chain logistics.On the basis of an overview of the development status of cold chain logistics at home and abroad,especially that in Guangxi and for the Guangxi railway industry,this paper carries out a SWOT-based analysis on the current conditions of the Guangxi railway cold chain logistics in terms of internal and external advantages and disadvantages as well as the perspectives of both opportunities and treats.This paper has accordingly put forward the development strategies:accelerating construction and installation of the facilities and equipment,innovating the transport mode,building an intelligent platform,integrating the railway cold chain logistics resources,and building a qualified staff.
